Initiate Return or Exchange
At Alviaro, we understand that sometimes a purchase might not be exactly what you expected. Our return and exchange process is designed to be simple, quick, and customer-friendly. Follow the steps below to initiate a return or exchange:
Step 1: Begin Your Request
- Log in to your account and go to the Orders section.
- Select the item you wish to return or exchange. Click on Request Return/Exchange to access the online form.
- Fill out the required details, including the reason for return or exchange, and submit your request.
Step 2: Prepare Your Item
- Ensure the item is unused, in its original condition, and packed securely.
- Attach the original tags and include a copy of the order confirmation in the package.
Step 3: Ship It Back
- Follow the instructions provided in your return authorization email to send the package to our return center.
- Use a trackable shipping service to ensure the package reaches us safely.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Replacement
Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
For exchanges, your replacement item will be shipped promptly based on stock availability.
