At Alviaro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our returns and exchange process is designed to be simple and hassle-free.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products should be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team at returns@alviaro.com with your order details.
- You’ll receive a return authorization and instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
- Please ensure the package is securely sealed to prevent any damage during transit.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, let us know in your return request.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. In case the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
- Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
